Evidence-based practice methods are a central component of therapy. I also believe that healing often exists within the space between us; a space where intuition and creativity help us see and sense the possibilities for growth and change.

What does this mean exactly? My approach is “by-the-book” when it needs to be, with a little intuition and art sprinkled in. While science-backed therapies lay the necessary groundwork for therapeutic change, your concerns and needs are not one-dimensional. This calls for an intuitive knowing wherein everything is changing and transforming - just like the mobile realigning itself.

I have come to know how simple movements can help calm nerves and that laughter, art, tapping, and the essence of natural elements can aid in the healing process. I offer many interactive tools which can be used to enhance your therapy experience and restore the mind/body balance in your life.
